Post-race show: South Point 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway

LAS VEGAS — The New Mexico Motorsports Report’s David Swope and John Haverlin break down the NASCAR weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Martin Truex Jr. took the lead away from Kevin Harvick late in the South Point 400 and advanced to the Round of 12 with his fifth win of the season. And what about Kyle Busch’s post-race comments?

Tyler Reddick stretched his fuel mileage and held off Christopher Bell to win Saturday’s Xfinity Series race. The playoff grid is now set with Reddick winning the regular-season championship.

Austin Hill won Friday night’s Truck Series race. ThorSport Racing’s Johny Sauter and Grant Enfinger get eliminated from the truck playoffs after being dealt with engine failures early in the race.
